The 2021 GREAT BRITISH CAKE SURVEY found that UK Cake Businesses were least confident in the areas of sales & pricing.
Now, that’s just not right. Not if we want to be paid what we’re worth. So, we decided something should be done.
This is your personal invitation to serious sales confidence!
The day will include practical, non-cringey, transformational training to help you up your sales game, hosted by Christine Jensen.

What to expect on the day?
The day runs from 9:30am to 2:30pm(ish).
9:30am :
Warm cuppa & connection as everyone arrives.
10am – 1pm :
Serious Sales Confidence (with Christine Jensen) – We’ll uncover the internal and external barriers that keep us from landing our dream cake jobs. You’ll get equipped with smart, tried and tested, non-cringy ways to land the cake orders you want.
1pm - 2.30pm :
Space to connect over a three course sit-down lunch. No deadlines, no washing up, no interruptions. Ah, bliss!

Meet your Host
The day will be hosted by Christine Jensen, co-founder of The Cake Professionals, Peboryon and Black Box Cake. You might have seen her and her husband Phil’s work on Channel 4’s Extreme Cake Makers, or Food Network, BBC1, or her TEDx talk.
Christine likes people. For 20+ years she’s worked to see people live more whole, sustainable lives using her background in mental health, community work, and public speaking.
She grew her business from a Summer Fair side-gig, to being a trusted supplier to the UK’s finest 5* venues. With a decade of profitable cake sales experience, she’ll share practical approaches, insider knowledge, business failures and hard-won success in her usual honest and practical way.
